Samantabhadra continues clockwise around the central world-seed, describing the seventh and eighth of the ten that surround it — each again with its own fragrant water ocean, its own lotus, its own essence, and its own twenty tiers of worlds and buddhas.

Continuing clockwise from this Lotus of Indra's Net fragrant water ocean, there is next a fragrant water ocean named the Treasury of Gathered, Jeweled Fragrance; its world-seed is named the Adornment of Every Majestic Virtue, taking the voice of every buddha's Dharma-wheel as its essence. At its very lowest is a world named Bringing Forth Every Kind; its shape is like vajra, abiding resting upon every kind of vajra mountain-banner, and a cloud of vajra's jeweled light covers over it. Worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land encircle it all around, purely one and entirely pure. Its buddha is named the Lotus-Flower Eye. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Voice of Joyful Vision. Its buddha is named Giving Rise to Joy and Bliss. Its buddha is named the Mark of the Dense Cloud That Reveals the Ocean of Blessing. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named Every Jewel's Adornment. Its buddha is named the Eye of Stretching-Forth Contemplation. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Pure, Wondrous Flower. Its buddha is named the Inexhaustible Wisdom of Vajra. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the City Adorned with Lotus Flowers. Its buddha is named the Universal Light of the Sun-Treasury Eye. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Immeasurable Tree-Peak. Its buddha is named the Thunder-Voice of Every Dharma. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Sun's Light. Its buddha is named Revealing Immeasurable Wisdom. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named Abiding Resting Upon a Lotus Leaf. Its buddha is named the Mountain of Every Blessing and Virtue. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Wind's Universal Upholding. Its buddha is named the Root of the Sun's Radiance. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Manifestation of Light. Its buddha is named the Body's Light Universally Illumining. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Fragrant Thunder-Voice's Vajra Jewel Universally Illumining. Its buddha is named the Mark of the Supreme Flower's Blossoming. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Adornment of Indra's Net; its shape is like a balustrade, abiding resting upon an ocean adorned by everything, and a cloud of pavilions of light and flame covers over it entirely. Worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in twenty buddha-lands encircle it all around, purely one and entirely pure. Its buddha is named the Cloud That Reveals Fearlessness."

Its buddha is named the Pāramitā of Wisdom's Sun. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Sandalwood Flower's Universal Light. Its buddha is named the Boundless Wisdom of the Dharma-Realm's Voice. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Banner of Indra's Net. Its buddha is named the Lamp's Light Illumining Afar. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Wheel of Pure Flowers. Its buddha is named the Dharma-Realm's Sunlight. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named Great, Majestic Radiance. Its buddha is named the Dharma-Wheel Voice of the Boundless Ocean of Merit. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Jeweled Lotus Pond of Common Abiding. Its buddha is named Revealing Entry into Inconceivable Wisdom. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named Level Ground. Its buddha is named the King of Merit's Jeweled Light. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Gathering of Fragrant Maṇi. Its buddha is named the Wondrous Adornment of the Inexhaustible Ocean of Blessing and Virtue. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named Subtle, Wondrous Light. Its buddha is named the Universal Voice of Power Without Equal. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land, there is a world named the Ten Directions' Universal, Firm Adornment Shining Bright; its shape is eight-cornered, abiding resting upon an ocean of the mind-king's own maṇi wheel, and a cloud of canopies adorned by every jewel covers over it entirely. Two world-seeds now stand between us and the finish of this outward ring: with eight of ten described, a pattern is visible across all of them so far — each world-seed's own essence (its "體") is consistently a kind of voice or sound (a roaring voice, a name proclaimed, a Dharma-wheel's voice, spiritual transformation itself as sound), while the individual worlds and buddhas within it multiply into thousands of distinct, concrete images. The structure repeats; the content never does. That combination — fixed form, inexhaustible particularity — is arguably this whole chapter's real subject, worked out at a scale no single reading can hold in mind at once.
