To the east of that Treasury of Flame Free of Defilement fragrant water ocean, there is next a fragrant water ocean named the Wondrous, Transforming Body; within this ocean, there is a world-seed named Excellently Arrayed in Distinct Directions. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Vajra Eye's Banner; its world-seed is named the Bridge Adorning the Dharma-Realm. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named Every Kind of Lotus Flower's Wondrous Adornment; its world-seed is named Forever Sending Forth Transformation Throughout the Ten Directions. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Sovereign Jewel's Uninterrupted Wheel; its world-seed is named the Dense Cloud of the Jeweled Lotus Flower's Stem. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Wondrous, Fragrant Flame's Universal Adornment; its world-seed is named Vairocana's Transforming Conduct. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Jambūnada Banner of Jeweled Dust; its world-seed is named the Domain Held in the Mindful Care of Every Buddha. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Blazing Light of Every Color; its world-seed is named Supreme Light, Universally Illumining. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Domain of Every Adorning Implement; its world-seed is named the Lamp of Jeweled Flame... Such as these, there are fragrant water oceans as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ineffable buddha-lands, and the one nearest the encircling mountain is a fragrant water ocean named the Ground of Crystal; its world-seed is named Forever Emitting Light, taking the voice of the world-ocean's own pure kalpa as its essence. At its very lowest is a world named the Delightful, Beloved Banner of Pure Light. Worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in a buddha-land encircle it all around, purely one and entirely pure. Its buddha is named the Supreme Wisdom of Diligence in Samādhi. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ten buddha-lands, level with the Vajra Banner world, there is a world named the Banner of Fragrant Adornment. Worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ten buddha-lands encircle it all around, purely one and entirely pure. Its buddha is named the Lamp of the Unobstructed Dharma-Realm. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in three buddha-lands, level with the Sahā world, there is a world named the Treasury of Emitted Light. Its buddha is named the Unobstructed, Bright Wisdom Pervading the Dharma-Realm. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in seven buddha-lands, reaching this world-seed's very topmost point, there is a world named the Supreme Body's Fragrance. Worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in twenty buddha-lands encircle it all around, purely one and entirely pure. Its buddha is named the Flower of the Factors of Awakening."

Next there is a fragrant water ocean named Sending Forth the Buddha's Voice; its world-seed is named the Excellently Established Adornment. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Fragrant Banner, Treasury of Sumeru; its world-seed is named Light Filling Everywhere. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Wondrous Light of Sandalwood; its world-seed is named the Wheel of Flower and Flame. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Power of Wind's Upholding; its world-seed is named the Banner of the Cloud of Jeweled Flame. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Adornment of Śakra's Own Body; its world-seed is named the Treasury of True Pearls. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named Level, Adorned, and Pure; its world-seed is named Every Kind of Adornment of Lapis Lazuli Dust... Such as these, there are fragrant water oceans as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ineffable buddha-lands, and the one nearest the encircling mountain is a fragrant water ocean named the Wondrous Tree's Flower; its world-seed is named Bringing Forth Vast Lands in Every Direction, taking the voice of every buddha subduing Māra as its essence. At its very lowest is a world named the Torch-Banner of Flame. Its buddha is named the Ocean of the World's Merit. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ten buddha-lands, level with the Vajra Banner world, there is a world named Bringing Forth Jewels. Its buddha is named the Lion's Power, Cloud of Jewels. Above this, level with the Sahā world, there is a world named the Banner of Garments. Its buddha is named the King of the Ocean of Omniscience. At this world-seed's very topmost point, there is a world named the Lion's Light of Jeweled Necklaces. Its buddha is named the Banner of the Excellently Transforming Lotus Flower."

Outside that Vajra's Jeweled Flame-Light fragrant water ocean, there is next a fragrant water ocean named the Banner Polished and Adorned with Every Ornament; its world-seed is named the Adornment of Pure Conduct. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Ocean of Every Jeweled Flower's Radiance; its world-seed is named the Adornment of the Mark of Merit. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Blooming Lotus Flower; its world-seed is named the Adornment of a Bodhisattva's Own Maṇi Crown. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Wondrous, Jeweled Garment; its world-seed is named the Pure Pearl-Wheel. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Beloved Flower, Universally Illumining; its world-seed is named the Illumination of a Hundred Clouds of Light. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Great Light Pervading Empty Space; its world-seed is named Jeweled Light, Universally Illumining. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Banner of Wondrous Flower's Adornment; its world-seed is named the Necklace of the Golden Moon's Eye. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Treasury of True Pearl's Fragrant Ocean; its world-seed is named the Buddha's Light. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Light of the Jeweled Wheel; its world-seed is named the Excellent, Conjured Light of the Buddha's Domain... Such as these, there are fragrant water oceans as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ineffable buddha-lands, and the one nearest the encircling mountain is a fragrant water ocean named the Base of the Boundless Wheel's Adornment; its world-seed is named the Distinctions of Immeasurable Direction, taking the voice of every kind of speech of every land as its essence. At its very lowest is a world named the Vajra Flower's Canopy. Its buddha is named the Universal-Gateway Voice of Inexhaustible Light and Marks. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ten buddha-lands, level with the Vajra Banner world, there is a world named the Banner of Bringing Forth Jeweled Garments. Its buddha is named the Great, Majestic Might of the Cloud of Blessing and Virtue. Above this, level with the Sahā world, there is a world named the Wondrous Adornment of Every Jewel. Its buddha is named the Ocean of Supreme Wisdom. At this world-seed's very topmost point, there is a world named the Banner of the Sun's Light and Garments. Its buddha is named the Cloud of the Lotus Flower of the Sun of Wisdom."

Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Lamp-Flame's Wondrous Eye; its world-seed is named Universally Contemplating the Ten Directions' Transformation. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Inconceivable Wheel of Adornment; its world-seed is named the Universal Renown of the Ten Directions' Light. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Adornment of Gathered Jewels; its world-seed is named the Shining Radiance of a Lamp. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named Pure, Jeweled Light; its world-seed is named the Wind That Sumeru Cannot Obstruct. Next there is a fragrant water ocean named the Balustrade of Jeweled Garments; its world-seed is named the Tathāgata's Own Bodily Light... Such as these, there are fragrant water oceans as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ineffable buddha-lands, and the one nearest the encircling mountain is a fragrant water ocean named the Banner of a Tree's Adornment; its world-seed is named Abiding Securely in Indra's Net, taking the voice of every bodhisattva ground of wisdom as its essence. At its very lowest is a world named Wondrous, Golden Color. Its buddha is named the Supreme, Majestic Light of Fragrant Flame. Above this, past worlds as numerous as the fine motes of dust in ten buddha-lands, level with the Vajra Banner world, there is a world named the Maṇi Tree's Flower. Its buddha is named Unobstructed, Universal Manifestation. Above this, level with the Sahā world, there is a world named the Wondrous Adornment of Lapis Lazuli. Its buddha is named the Firm Wisdom of the Dharma's Sovereign Mastery. At this world-seed's very topmost point, there is a world named the Wondrous Adornment of Brahmā-Voice. Its buddha is named the King of Light of the Blooming Lotus Flower."
