Equal Practice, Every Buddha's Domain
The dedication litany continues its long expansion, moving through purity in body, speech, and mind, wholesome karmic fruit, and every buddha-land adorned and purified, before reaching some of its most vivid images: the sixty distinct qualities of a buddha's own voice, the fearless lion's roar of a hero among people, and the turning of an inexhaustible, never-regressing wheel of the Dharma.
Sixty Voices, One Lion's Roar
Amid the litany's steady repetition of "universally pure" and "universally fulfilled," two images break through with unusual specificity: the buddha's voice, said to possess sixty distinct qualities, each word "true and sincere, entirely worthy of trust," and the lion's roar — the fearless, unhesitating proclamation traditionally associated with a buddha's own teaching, here dedicated to every sentient being alike.

"Words that are true and sincere, entirely worthy of trust" sits inside a much longer clause about the buddha's sixty-fold voice, but it names something the whole litany has been doing all along: this entire stretch of the seventh dedication is itself a list of trustworthy speech, each clause a small promise about what the bodhisattva's dedication is actually for.
Part 335 Complete
This continues the seventh dedication's long dedication litany. Chapter 25 continues in Part 336 as the litany turns toward the inexhaustible merit of every buddha, equal in blessing and wisdom, and the bodhisattva's own resolve to understand every dharma as equal and undivided in a single characteristic.
