Most Venerable Among Every State of Being
This passage completes the seventh dedication's long dedication litany, begun in Part 333 and running continuously since — dozens upon dozens of "so that all sentient beings..." clauses naming every purpose the bodhisattva's dedication serves. It closes with a final ascent: consecration received from every buddha, and a body of pure wisdom that becomes, the text says, "the most venerable and supreme among every state of existence."
The Litany's Final Ascent
After dozens of purposes named in the two preceding Parts, the litany's closing clauses turn toward the most exalted images available to the sūtra: a light that illuminates every world, spiritual power arising simultaneously in every place, buddha-lands seen within a single buddha-land, and finally consecration — receiving the anointing that marks a bodhisattva's final approach to buddhahood itself.

So that all sentient beings may attain every buddha's inexhaustible merit, equal in both blessing and wisdom; so that all sentient beings may give rise to the mind of enlightenment, understanding every dharma as equal in a single characteristic, without any deficiency; so that all sentient beings may fully comprehend the true Dharma, becoming the world's most excellent field of merit; so that all sentient beings may accomplish equal, pure, great compassion, becoming a field of great power for every donor; so that all sentient beings may become firm and foremost, destroyed by none; so that all sentient beings, once seen, must certainly receive benefit, overcome by none; so that all sentient beings may accomplish and fulfill the most excellent, equal mind; so that all sentient beings may skillfully comprehend every dharma, attaining great fearlessness; so that all sentient beings may emit a single light universally illuminating every world in the ten directions; so that all sentient beings may universally cultivate every bodhisattva's diligent practice, without ever slackening or regressing; so that all sentient beings, with a single practice and vow, may universally fulfill every practice and vow; so that all sentient beings, with a single wondrous voice, may universally cause every listener to attain understanding; so that all sentient beings may be entirely able to fully possess every bodhisattva's pure mind; so that all sentient beings may universally come to encounter every good spiritual friend and serve them all; so that all sentient beings may cultivate the practice of a bodhisattva, taming sentient beings without any rest; so that all sentient beings, with wondrous eloquence possessing every kind of sound, may broadly expound the Dharma according to each capacity, without ever breaking off or being exhausted; so that all sentient beings may be able, with a single mind, to know every mind, dedicating every wholesome root equally; so that all sentient beings may forever delight in gathering every wholesome root, establishing sentient beings securely in pure wisdom; so that all sentient beings may attain all-wisdom, merit and wisdom, and a pure body; so that all sentient beings may skillfully know the wholesome roots of every sentient being, universally accomplishing the contemplation of dedication; so that all sentient beings may attain all-wisdom, universally fulfilling the accomplishment of true and complete enlightenment; so that all sentient beings may fully possess the wisdom of spiritual power, arising in a single place and arising in every place alike; so that all sentient beings may attain the wisdom of universal adornment, adorning and purifying a single assembly and every assembly alike; so that all sentient beings, within a single buddha-land, may universally behold every buddha-land; so that all sentient beings, with every kind of adornment, inexpressible adornments, immeasurable adornments, and inexhaustible adornments, may adorn every buddha-land universally and completely; so that all sentient beings may be entirely able to resolve and understand the profound meaning of every dharma; so that all sentient beings may attain every Tathāgata's most excellent, foremost, sovereign spiritual power; so that all sentient beings may attain the sovereign spiritual power of every merit that is neither one nor different; so that all sentient beings may fully possess every equal wholesome root, universally receiving consecration from every buddha; so that all sentient beings may entirely accomplish and fulfill a pure body of wisdom, becoming the most venerable and supreme among every state of existence.
"Universally receiving consecration from every buddha" (灌頂, abhiṣeka) names the ceremony traditionally marking a bodhisattva's entry into the final stage before buddhahood — here folded into a litany otherwise addressed to "all sentient beings" without qualification, so that even this most advanced attainment is dedicated outward rather than reserved for the bodhisattva alone.
Part 336 Complete
This concludes the seventh dedication's long dedication litany, spanning Parts 333 through 336. Chapter 25 continues in Part 337 as the bodhisattva's compassion for all sentient beings is described directly — a mind free of envy and anger, honest and gentle, unwavering in equality — before he offers ten further dedication-vows for beings' ultimate safety, purity, and liberation.
