A Single Flower Adorning Every World
The litany of Samantabhadra's sovereign power continues, each clause opening with the same refrain — "with a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation" — before naming what that freed mind accomplishes: containing every sentient being's body within a single body, adorning every world in the ten directions with a single flower, and entering a single Dharma-gateway only to find every other gateway illuminated at once.
One Gateway Opens Every Gateway
The final clause in this stretch names something the whole litany has been building toward: entering a single Dharma-gateway causes immeasurable light to illuminate every inconceivable gateway at once, "just as with this one Dharma-gateway, so too with every Dharma-gateway" — a single point of entry proving sufficient for total comprehension, rather than one gateway among many still to be found.

'With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, thought after thought causing inexpressible, inexpressible sentient beings to abide in the wisdom of the ten powers, his mind never weary. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, manifesting the sovereign spiritual power of every buddha within the bodies of every sentient being, causing every sentient being to abide in Samantabhadra's own practice. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, within the language of each and every sentient being producing the language of every sentient being, causing every single sentient being to abide in the ground of all-wisdom. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, within the body of each and every sentient being universally containing the bodies of every sentient being, causing each of them to consider themselves as having accomplished a buddha's own body. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, able with a single flower to adorn every world in the ten directions. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, emitting a great sound that universally pervades the Dharma-realm, heard throughout every buddha-land, gathering in and taming every sentient being. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, and throughout every future age, for inexpressible, inexpressible kalpas, thought after thought is entirely able to enter every world, adorning it in accordance with each thought through the buddha's own spiritual power. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own sovereign power, and throughout every kalpa in which he abides to the very end of the future, forever able to enter every world entirely, manifesting the accomplishment of buddhahood, arising within the world. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own practice, a single light universally illuminating every world throughout the entire realm of empty space. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own practice, attaining immeasurable wisdom, possessing every spiritual power, expounding every kind of Dharma. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own practice, entering the Tathāgata's own immeasurable spiritual power and wisdom that spans every kalpa entirely. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own practice, abiding in the presence of every Tathāgata throughout the entire Dharma-realm, cultivating and practicing every bodhisattva practice through the buddha's own spiritual power; the karma of his body, speech, and mind never once slackens or grows weary. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he accomplishes Samantabhadra's own practice, never contradicting the meaning, never destroying the Dharma, his speech pure, delighting in expounding it inexhaustibly; teaching and taming every sentient being, causing them to attain the unsurpassed enlightenment of every buddha. With a mind of non-attachment, non-bondage, and liberation, he cultivates Samantabhadra's own practice, and when entering a single Dharma-gateway, he emits immeasurable light, illuminating every inconceivable Dharma-gateway; just as with this one Dharma-gateway, so too with every Dharma-gateway, all comprehended without obstruction, ultimately attaining the ground of all-wisdom.
"Able with a single flower to adorn every world in the ten directions" is deliberately understated against the vast claims surrounding it — inexpressible kalpas, every sentient being's body, the entire realm of empty space. The single flower is not a diminished version of these cosmic powers; it is the same unbounded capacity, simply exercised at the smallest possible scale.
