Every Sentient Being Attains a Pure, Wondrous Voice
One of the longest single vows in this dedication so far: forty-four distinct qualities of voice, wished upon every sentient being at once — soft as a heavenly drum, pervading every buddha-land, unbound by any world, fearless, and finally, a voice able to universally awaken every sentient being sleeping through the long night of ignorance.
Forty-Four Qualities of Voice
The list moves from the sensory (soft, lovable, joyful) to the cosmic (pervading every buddha-land, filling the whole dharma-realm) to the doctrinal (a voice that is a treasury of wisdom for the inexpressible letters and phrases of the Dharma, a voice of vajra words), before closing on the most concrete image in the whole passage: a voice that reaches sentient beings still asleep, deep in the long night.
「佛子！菩薩摩訶薩復以此法施所生善根如是迴向，所謂：『令一切眾生，得淨妙音，得柔軟音，得天鼓音，得無量無數不思議音，得可愛樂音，得清淨音，得周遍一切佛剎音，得百千那由他不可說功德莊嚴音，得高遠音，得廣大音，得滅一切散亂音，得充滿法界音，得攝取一切眾生語言音；得一切眾生無邊音聲智，得一切清淨語言音聲智，得無量語言音聲智，得最自在音入一切音聲智；得一切清淨莊嚴音，得一切世間無厭足音，得究竟不繫屬一切世間音，得歡喜音，得佛清淨語言音，得說一切佛法遠離癡翳名稱普聞音，得令一切眾生得一切法陀羅尼莊嚴音，得說一切無量種法音，得普至法界無量眾會道場音，得普攝持不可思議法金剛句音，得開示一切法音，得能說不可說字句差別智藏音，得演說一切法無所著不斷音，得一切法光明照耀音，得能令一切世間清淨究竟至於一切智音，得普攝一切法句義音，得神力護持自在無礙音，得到一切世間彼岸智音。又以此善根，令一切眾生，得不下劣音，得無怖畏音，得無染著音，得一切眾會道場歡喜音，得隨順美妙音，得善說一切佛法音，得斷一切眾生疑念皆令覺悟音，得具足辯才音，得普覺悟一切眾生長夜睡眠音。
"Child of the Buddha! This bodhisattva mahāsattva further dedicates the wholesome roots born from the giving of Dharma in this way, namely: causing every sentient being to attain a pure, wondrous voice, to attain a soft voice, to attain a voice like a heavenly drum, to attain an immeasurable, countless, inconceivable voice, to attain a voice that is lovable and delightful, to attain a pure voice, to attain a voice that pervades every buddha-land, to attain a voice adorned with hundreds of thousands of nayutas of inexpressible merit, to attain a lofty, far-reaching voice, to attain a vast voice, to attain a voice that extinguishes every distraction, to attain a voice that fills the whole dharma-realm, to attain a voice that gathers in the language of every sentient being; to attain the wisdom of every sentient being's own boundless sound, to attain the wisdom of every pure language and sound, to attain the wisdom of immeasurable language and sound, to attain the wisdom of the most sovereign voice entering every sound; to attain a voice adorned with every purity, to attain a voice that no world ever tires of, to attain a voice ultimately unbound by any world, to attain a joyful voice, to attain a buddha's own pure, spoken voice, to attain a voice, universally heard, that expounds every buddha's own Dharma, far removed from the obscuration of ignorance, to attain a voice that causes every sentient being to attain the adornment of every dharma's own dhāraṇī, to attain a voice that expounds every immeasurable kind of dharma, to attain a voice that universally reaches every immeasurable assembly at the seat of enlightenment throughout the dharma-realm, to attain a voice that universally upholds the inconceivable vajra words of the Dharma, to attain a voice that opens up and reveals every dharma, to attain a voice that is a treasury of wisdom able to expound the distinct letters and phrases of the inexpressible, to attain a voice that expounds every dharma without attachment, unceasing, to attain a voice that illuminates every dharma with light, to attain a voice able to cause every world to become pure, ultimately reaching omniscience, to attain a voice that universally gathers in the meaning of every dharma's own words, to attain a voice of sovereign, unobstructed spiritual power and protection, and to attain the voice of wisdom that reaches the farther shore of every world. He further, through these wholesome roots, causes every sentient being to attain a voice that is never inferior, to attain a fearless voice, to attain a voice free of defilement and attachment, to attain a voice of joy throughout every assembly at the seat of enlightenment, to attain a voice that harmoniously accords, wondrous and beautiful, to attain a voice that skillfully expounds every buddha's own Dharma, to attain a voice that severs every sentient being's own doubt, causing them all to awaken, to attain a voice fully endowed with eloquence, and to attain a voice that universally awakens every sentient being sleeping through the long night.
Forty-four distinct qualities for a single faculty — voice — is a scale of enumeration this sūtra reserves for what it considers most consequential, and the choice is telling: not the body, not the mind alone, but the voice, the instrument of teaching itself. Everything else this dedication has vowed depends, in the end, on being spoken in a way that can actually reach someone still asleep.

This continues the tenth dedication's prose section. Chapter 25 continues in Part 383 as the bodhisattva mahāsattva dedicates his wholesome roots by vowing that every sentient being attains a pure Dharma body, free of every fault, and a clear, wondrous mark untouched by any defilement.
