The sixth penetration lets a bodhisattva reach every buddha-land in the cosmos without ever leaving where he stands, the instant he hears a name; the seventh lets him speak the language of every being who has ever spoken, sunlight to their sight.

Fourteen names describe this one penetration before the text ever says what it does — and then what it does turns out to need no travel at all.
佛子！菩薩摩訶薩住無體性神通、無作神通、平等神通、廣大神通、無量神通、無依神通、隨念神通、起神通、不起神通、不退神通、不斷神通、不壞神通、增長神通、隨詣神通。此菩薩聞極遠一切世界中諸佛名，所謂：無數世界、無量世界乃至不可說不可說佛剎微塵數世界中諸佛名；聞其名已，即自見身在彼佛所。彼諸世界或仰或覆，各各形狀，各各方所，各各差別，無邊無礙；種種國土，種種時劫，無量功德各別莊嚴。彼彼如來於中出現，示現神變，稱揚名號，無量無數，各各不同。
Sons of the Buddha! The bodhisattva-mahāsattva abides in the spiritual penetration without substantial nature, the spiritual penetration without contrivance, the spiritual penetration of equality, the spiritual penetration of vastness, the spiritual penetration of immeasurability, the spiritual penetration without reliance, the spiritual penetration of recollection, the spiritual penetration of arising, the spiritual penetration of non-arising, the spiritual penetration of non-regression, the spiritual penetration of non-interruption, the spiritual penetration of indestructibility, the spiritual penetration of increase, and the spiritual penetration of going wherever he wishes. This bodhisattva hears the names of buddhas throughout the most distant worlds — namely, the names of buddhas in countless worlds, measureless worlds, up to worlds as numerous as the dust-motes of ineffably ineffable buddha-lands; and as soon as he hears the name, he at once sees himself in that buddha's presence. Those worlds, whether facing upward or downward, each with its own shape, each in its own location, each distinct, boundless and unobstructed; manifold lands, manifold ages, each adorned in its own way with measureless merit — the various tathāgatas appear within them, manifesting spiritual transformations, proclaiming their names, measureless and countless, each one different.
此菩薩一得聞彼諸如來名，不動本處，而見其身在彼佛所，禮拜尊重，承事供養，問菩薩法，入佛智慧，悉能了達諸佛國土道場眾會及所說法，至於究竟無所取著。如是，經不可說不可說佛剎微塵數劫，普至十方而無所往，然詣佛剎觀佛聽法請道，無有斷絕，無有廢捨，無有休息，無有疲厭；修菩薩行，成就大願，悉令具足，曾無退轉，為令如來廣大種性不斷絕故。是名：菩薩摩訶薩第六住無體性無動作往一切佛剎智神通。
As soon as this bodhisattva hears the names of those tathāgatas, without stirring from his original place, he sees his own body in that buddha's presence, paying homage and reverence, attending upon and making offerings, inquiring about the bodhisattva's dharma, entering the buddha's own wisdom, fully comprehending the buddhas' lands, awakening-sites, assemblies, and the dharma spoken there, reaching the ultimate and grasping at nothing. In this way, passing through ineffably ineffable kalpas as numerous as the dust-motes of buddha-lands, arriving everywhere in the ten directions yet going nowhere, he nonetheless visits buddha-lands, beholds buddhas, listens to the dharma, and requests the path, without interruption, without abandonment, without rest, without weariness; cultivating the bodhisattva's practice and accomplishing great vows, he brings them all to completion, never once regressing, so as to cause the tathāgatas' vast lineage never to be severed. This is called the bodhisattva-mahāsattva's sixth spiritual penetration, that of the wisdom which, abiding without substantial nature and without stirring, goes to every buddha-land.
不動本處，而見其身在彼佛所 — without stirring from his original place, he sees his own body in that buddha's presence. Part 545's elephant king never changed within his own mountain cave while appearing, completely transformed, among the gods; this penetration applies the identical logic to travel itself — arriving everywhere in the ten directions is explicitly named 普至十方而無所往, arriving everywhere while going nowhere.
A Cloud of Every Language
From arriving without moving, the seventh penetration turns to speaking without a native tongue of one's own.
「佛子！菩薩摩訶薩以善分別一切眾生言音智通，知不可說不可說佛剎微塵數世界中眾生種種言辭。所謂：聖言辭、非聖言辭、天言辭、龍言辭、夜叉言辭、乾闥婆、阿脩羅、迦樓羅、緊那羅、摩睺羅伽、人及非人乃至不可說不可說眾生所有言辭，各各表示，種種差別，如是一切皆能了知。此菩薩隨所入世界，能知其中一切眾生所有性欲，如其性欲為出言辭，悉令解了無有疑惑。如日光出現，普照眾色，令有目者悉得明見。菩薩摩訶薩亦復如是，以善分別一切言辭智，深入一切言辭雲，所有言辭令諸世間聰慧之者悉得解了。是名：菩薩摩訶薩第七善分別一切言辭智神通。
Sons of the Buddha! Through the penetration of the wisdom that skillfully discerns the speech of all beings, the bodhisattva-mahāsattva knows the manifold speech of beings throughout worlds as numerous as the dust-motes of ineffably ineffable buddha-lands — namely: the speech of the noble ones and the speech of the ordinary; the speech of devas, nāgas, yakṣas, gandharvas, asuras, garuḍas, kiṃnaras, and mahoragas; of humans and non-humans; up to the speech of ineffably ineffable beings, each expressing itself in its own manifold and distinct way — all of this he is entirely able to know. This bodhisattva, wherever he enters a world, is able to know the inclinations and desires of all beings within it, producing speech in accord with their inclinations and desires and causing them all to understand without any doubt. It is like sunlight appearing, universally illuminating every color, causing all who have eyes to see clearly; the bodhisattva-mahāsattva is likewise: with the wisdom that skillfully discerns all speech, entering deeply into the very cloud of all speech, he causes every intelligent being in the world to understand all speech completely. This is called the bodhisattva-mahāsattva's seventh spiritual penetration, that of the wisdom that skillfully discerns all speech.
深入一切言辭雲 — entering deeply into the very cloud of all speech. Language is not treated here as a code to be decrypted one tongue at a time; it is one continuous weather system the bodhisattva enters. The simile that follows crosses senses on purpose — hearing every language is compared to sunlight reaching every eye, not to an ear at all.

This continues chapter twenty-eight, 十通品, The Ten Kinds of Spiritual Penetration, in fascicle forty-four. Part 551 turns to the eighth penetration — a bodhisattva who knows that form itself has no true mark of color at all, and who nonetheless manifests countless bodies in colors given name after name, a list that runs on far longer than any before it in this chapter.
