"The roof of the tathāgata's mouth has a mark of a great being named Cloud of Manifesting the Inconceivable Dharma-Realm, adorned with indra jewels and vaidūrya jewels, emitting a pure cloud of light like a fragrant lamp-flame, filling every dharma-realm of the ten directions, manifesting every manner of spiritual power and skillful means, universally expounding the profound, inconceivable dharma throughout every ocean of worlds. This is the fortieth. The tathāgata's lower right molar has a mark of a great being named Cloud of the Buddha's Tooth, adorned with the wheel-mark of the svastika formed of every jeweled maṇi, emitting great light that universally illuminates the dharma-realm, universally manifesting within it every buddha-body, circulating through the ten directions, awakening the multitude of beings. This is the forty-first. The tathāgata's upper right molar has a mark of a great being named Cloud of the Treasury of Sumeru's Jeweled Flame, adorned with a treasury of maṇi jewels, emitting the pure light of a fragrant vajra flame, each and every light filling the dharma-realm, manifesting the spiritual power of every buddha, and further manifesting the pure and wondrous seat of awakening in every world of the ten directions. This is the forty-second.
如來口左輔下牙有大人相，名：寶燈普照雲，一切妙寶舒華發香以為莊嚴，放燈焰雲清淨光明，充滿一切諸世界海，於中顯現一切諸佛坐蓮華藏師子之座，諸菩薩眾所共圍遶，是為四十三。如來口左輔上牙有大人相，名：照現如來雲，清淨光明、閻浮檀金、寶網、寶華以為莊嚴，放大焰輪充滿法界，於中普現一切諸佛，以神通力於虛空中流布法乳、法燈、法寶，教化一切諸菩薩眾，是為四十四。如來齒有大人相，名：普現光明雲，一一齒間相海莊嚴，若微笑時悉放光明，具眾寶色摩尼寶焰右旋宛轉，流布法界靡不充滿，演佛言音說普賢行，是為四十五。如來脣有大人相，名：影現一切寶光雲，放閻浮檀真金色、蓮華色、一切寶色廣大光明，照于法界悉令清淨，是為四十六。
The tathāgata's lower left molar has a mark of a great being named Cloud of the Jeweled Lamp Universally Illuminating, adorned with every wondrous jewel unfurling its flowers and emitting fragrance, emitting the pure light of a lamp-flame cloud, filling every ocean of worlds, displaying within it every buddha seated upon a lion-throne of a lotus treasury, surrounded together by every assembly of bodhisattvas. This is the forty-third. The tathāgata's upper left molar has a mark of a great being named Cloud of Illuminating the Tathāgata's Manifestation, adorned with pure light, Jambu-river gold, jeweled nets, and jeweled flowers, emitting a great wheel of flame that fills the dharma-realm, universally manifesting within it every buddha, who, through spiritual power, spreads throughout empty space the milk of dharma, the lamp of dharma, and the treasure of dharma, teaching and transforming every assembly of bodhisattvas. This is the forty-fourth. The tathāgata's teeth have a mark of a great being named Cloud Universally Manifesting Light, an ocean of marks adorning the space between each and every tooth; whenever the tathāgata smiles, they entirely emit light, endowed with the flame of every jeweled color of maṇi, coiling and turning to the right, spreading throughout the dharma-realm, leaving nothing unfilled, giving voice to the buddha's own words, teaching Samantabhadra's practice. This is the forty-fifth. The tathāgata's lips have a mark of a great being named Cloud Reflecting Every Jeweled Light, emitting the vast, great light of Jambu-river true-gold color, lotus-flower color, and every jeweled color, illuminating the dharma-realm and causing it to become entirely pure. This is the forty-sixth.
眾寶摩尼卐字相輪以為莊嚴 — adorned with the wheel-mark of the svastika formed of every jeweled maṇi. The forty-first mark names a specific symbol, the svastika, as the shape of its adornment — a mark of auspiciousness borrowed into this description from a much older visual vocabulary, appearing here on a single molar among the tathāgata's forty-six marks so far.
