The Neck, Shoulders, and Chest
The description passes down the neck to both shoulders — two marks on the right, three on the left — before arriving at the chest, where a mark shaped like a svastika opens a new cluster named for its own auspiciousness, with three further marks named simply "to the right of the auspicious mark."
Down the Neck to Both Shoulders
A single mark on the neck gives way to two on the right shoulder and three on the left, each still adorned and named in the pattern established since the crown.
如來頸有大人相，名：普照一切世界雲，摩尼寶王以為莊嚴，紺蒲成就柔軟細滑，放毘盧遮那清淨光明，充滿十方一切世界，於中普現一切諸佛，是為四十七。如來右肩有大人相，名：佛廣大一切寶雲，放一切寶色、真金色、蓮華色光明，成寶焰網普照法界，於中普現一切菩薩，是為四十八。如來右肩復有大人相，名：最勝寶普照雲，其色清淨如閻浮金，放摩尼光充滿法界，於中普現一切菩薩，是為四十九。
The tathāgata's neck has a mark of a great being named Cloud of Universally Illuminating Every World, adorned with a king of maṇi jewels, deep blue-green in color, soft and finely smooth, emitting the pure light of Vairocana, filling every world of the ten directions, universally manifesting within it every buddha. This is the forty-seventh. The tathāgata's right shoulder has a mark of a great being named the Buddha's Vast Cloud of Every Jewel, emitting light of every jeweled color, true-gold color, and lotus-flower color, forming a net of jeweled flame that universally illuminates the dharma-realm, universally manifesting within it every bodhisattva. This is the forty-eighth. The tathāgata's right shoulder further has a mark of a great being named Cloud of the Most Excellent Jewel Universally Illuminating, its color pure like Jambu-river gold, emitting maṇi light that fills the dharma-realm, universally manifesting within it every bodhisattva. This is the forty-ninth.
如來左肩有大人相，名：最勝光照法界雲，猶如頂上及以眉間種種莊嚴，放閻浮檀金及蓮華色眾寶光明，成大焰網充滿法界，於中示現一切神力，是為五十。如來左肩復有大人相，名：光明遍照雲，其相右旋，閻浮檀金色摩尼寶王以為莊嚴，放眾寶華香焰光明，充遍法界，於中普現一切諸佛及以一切嚴淨國土，是為五十一。如來左肩復有大人相，名：普照耀雲，其相右旋，微密莊嚴，放佛燈焰雲清淨光明，充遍法界，於中顯現一切菩薩種種莊嚴悉皆妙好，是為五十二。
The tathāgata's left shoulder has a mark of a great being named Cloud of the Most Excellent Light Illuminating the Dharma-Realm, adorned in every manner just as upon the crown and between the eyebrows, emitting the light of Jambu-river gold and every jeweled lotus-flower color, forming a great net of flame that fills the dharma-realm, displaying within it every spiritual power. This is the fiftieth. The tathāgata's left shoulder further has a mark of a great being named Cloud of Light Pervasively Illuminating, its form coiling to the right, adorned with Jambu-river golden-colored maṇi king jewels, emitting the fragrant flame light of every jeweled flower, pervading and filling the dharma-realm, universally manifesting within it every buddha as well as every pure and adorned land. This is the fifty-first. The tathāgata's left shoulder further has a mark of a great being named Cloud of Universal Illumination, its form coiling to the right, subtly and intricately adorned, emitting the pure light of a buddha lamp-flame cloud, pervading and filling the dharma-realm, displaying within it every bodhisattva, each adorned in every manner, all wondrous and fine. This is the fifty-second.
如來胸臆有大人相，形如卐字，名：吉祥海雲，摩尼寶華以為莊嚴，放一切寶色種種光焰輪，充滿法界普令清淨，復出妙音宣暢法海，是為五十三。吉祥相右邊有大人相，名：示現光照雲，因陀羅網以為莊嚴，放大光輪充滿法界，於中普現無量諸佛，是為五十四。吉祥相右邊復有大人相，名：普現如來雲，以諸菩薩摩尼寶冠而為莊嚴，放大光明普照十方一切世界悉令清淨，於中示現去、來、今佛坐於道場，普現神力廣宣法海，是為五十五。吉祥相右邊復有大人相，名：開敷華雲，摩尼寶華以為莊嚴，放寶香焰燈清淨光明，狀如蓮華，充滿世界，是為五十六。
The tathāgata's chest has a mark of a great being shaped like a svastika, named Cloud of the Ocean of Auspiciousness, adorned with maṇi jeweled flowers, emitting wheels of light and flame of every jeweled color, filling the dharma-realm and universally causing it to become pure, and further emitting a wondrous sound, proclaiming the ocean of dharma far and wide. This is the fifty-third. To the right of the auspicious mark there is a mark of a great being named Cloud of Manifesting Illuminating Light, adorned with an indra net, emitting a great wheel of light that fills the dharma-realm, universally manifesting within it measureless buddhas. This is the fifty-fourth. To the right of the auspicious mark there is further a mark of a great being named Cloud of Universally Manifesting the Tathāgata, adorned with the maṇi jeweled crowns of every bodhisattva, emitting great light that universally illuminates every world of the ten directions and causes them all to become pure, displaying within it the buddhas of the past, future, and present seated at the seat of awakening, universally manifesting spiritual power and proclaiming the ocean of dharma far and wide. This is the fifty-fifth. To the right of the auspicious mark there is further a mark of a great being named Cloud of the Blossoming Flower, adorned with maṇi jeweled flowers, emitting the pure light of a jeweled, fragrant lamp-flame, shaped like a lotus flower, filling every world. This is the fifty-sixth.
如來胸臆有大人相，形如卐字 — the tathāgata's chest has a mark of a great being shaped like a svastika. This second appearance of the svastika shape, after the forty-first mark on a molar, gives its own name to the cluster of marks that follows: three further marks are located only by their position "to the right of the auspicious mark" (吉祥相右邊), rather than being named for a body part of their own — a naming pattern not seen elsewhere in this catalogue so far.
