A Body Built From the Factors of the Path
The verse builds an entire body out of dharma: a diamond for a heart, loving-kindness and compassion as armor, wisdom for a head, understanding for eyes, the practice of awakening for ears, pure precepts for a nose, eloquence for a tongue — before turning to name each classical virtue directly, paired with the very affliction it has already left behind.
Wisdom With Nothing Left to Be Done
Where the surrounding lines pair each virtue with the affliction it displaces — patience with anger, giving with craving — one line breaks that pattern: wisdom is described not as opposing some defect but simply as having nothing left to be done, a state reached rather than a struggle still underway.
道及無量道，乃至莊嚴道，
次第善安住，悉皆無所著。
手足及腹藏，金剛以為心，
被以慈哀甲，具足眾器仗。
智首明達眼，菩提行為耳，
清淨戒為鼻，滅闇無障礙。
辯才以為舌，無處不至身；
最勝智為心，行住修諸業。
道場師子坐，梵臥空為住，
所行及觀察，普照如來境。
"The path, and every measureless path, all the way to the adorned path — abiding well in sequence within each one, entirely without any attachment at all.
Hands, feet, and the depths of the belly, a diamond forming his own heart; armored with loving-kindness and compassion, complete with every weapon and arm.
Wisdom his own head, bright understanding his own eyes, the practice of awakening his own ears, pure precepts his own nose, extinguishing darkness without any obstruction.
Eloquence his own tongue, his body reaching every place without exception; the most excellent wisdom his own mind, walking and abiding while cultivating every deed.
The lion's seat at the site of awakening, the sublime repose of emptiness his own dwelling; whatever he does and whatever he observes universally illuminates the tathāgata's own domain.
遍觀眾生行，奮迅及哮吼，
離貪行淨施，捨慢持淨戒，
不瞋常忍辱，不懈恒精進，
禪定得自在，智慧無所行，
慈濟悲無倦，喜法捨煩惱；
於諸境界中，知義亦知法。
Universally observing the conduct of sentient beings, with vigor and a lion's roar; free of craving, practicing pure giving; relinquishing conceit, upholding pure precepts; free of anger, constantly practicing patience; never indolent, constantly diligent; attaining sovereign freedom in meditative absorption; wisdom with nothing left to be done; loving-kindness that rescues, compassion never wearied; delighting in the dharma, relinquishing affliction — within every domain, knowing both its meaning and its dharma.
智慧無所行 — wisdom with nothing left to be done. Every other virtue in this list is described through an ongoing verb — practicing, upholding, constantly diligent — but wisdom alone is described by the absence of any further action required, as though the other nine virtues are still underway while this one has simply arrived.

Part 824 continues the verse, moving from knowing māra and māra's own path to a summary recollection of the bodhisattva's entire biographical arc — Tuṣita, the womb, birth, going forth, awakening, and the great parinirvāṇa — spoken here as already told, in brief.
