A Single Vision Seen Throughout the Dharma-Realm

Just as, in this Jeta Grove, in Anāthapiṇḍada's Garden, one sees the buddha-land's own pure adornment, so too, throughout the ten directions, the entire dharma-realm, the realm of empty space, and every world, it is seen in exactly the same way. Namely: one sees the tathāgata's own body abiding in the Jeta Grove, with the bodhisattva assembly filling it everywhere; one sees a universal rain of clouds of every kind of ornament; one sees a universal rain of clouds of jeweled light blazing bright; one sees a universal rain of clouds of maṇi gems; one sees a universal rain of clouds of ornamented canopies spreading to cover every buddha-land; one sees a universal rain of clouds of heavenly bodies; one sees a universal rain of clouds of flowering trees; one sees a universal rain of clouds of garment-trees; one sees a universal rain of clouds of jeweled garlands and necklaces, continuing without interruption, pervading the whole earth; one sees a universal rain of clouds of every kind of ornament; one sees a universal rain of clouds of every kind of incense shaped like sentient beings; one sees a universal rain of clouds of wondrous jeweled flower-nets, continuing without break; one sees a universal rain of clouds of every heavenly maiden holding jeweled banners and pennants, circling back and forth through empty space; one sees a universal rain of clouds of every kind of jeweled lotus flower, from among whose petals every kind of musical sound arises of its own accord; and one sees a universal rain of clouds of every lion-seat, adorned with jeweled nets and necklaces.
