Five Samādhi-Lights, Then Good-Wealth Returns
Within the same vision, each successive illumination gives rise to a further samādhi-light — Vairocana's own treasury, inexhaustible wisdom, the vajra wheel, the space-treasury wheel, the dharma-wheel of every buddha — until Bhīṣmottaranirghoṣa releases his hand, and Good-Wealth finds himself standing exactly where he began.
Five Lights, Each Giving Rise to the Next
Each light in this sequence is caused by being illuminated by the one before it, so that Good-Wealth's own attainment builds in a single unbroken chain — until the sage simply lets go of his hand, and the entire vision ends as suddenly as it began.
爾時，善財童子為菩薩無勝幢解脫智光明照故，得毘盧遮那藏三昧光明；為無盡智解脫三昧光明照故，得普攝諸方陀羅尼光明；為金剛輪陀羅尼門光明照故，得極清淨智慧心三昧光明；為普門莊嚴藏般若波羅蜜光明照故，得佛虛空藏輪三昧光明；為一切佛法輪三昧光明照故，得三世無盡智三昧光明。時，彼仙人放善財手，善財童子即自見身還在本處。時，彼仙人告善財言：「善男子！汝憶念耶？」善財言：「唯！此是聖者善知識力。」
At that time, because the boy Good-Wealth was illuminated by the light of wisdom of the bodhisattva liberation Unsurpassed Banner, he attained the samādhi-light of the Vairocana-treasury; because he was illuminated by the samādhi-light of the liberation of inexhaustible wisdom, he attained the dhāraṇī-light that universally gathers in every direction; because he was illuminated by the light of the dhāraṇī-gate of the vajra wheel, he attained the samādhi-light of the utterly pure mind of wisdom; because he was illuminated by the light of the prajñā-pāramitā of the universal-gate adornment treasury, he attained the samādhi-light of the buddha's own space-treasury wheel; and because he was illuminated by the samādhi-light of the dharma-wheel of every buddha, he attained the samādhi-light of the inexhaustible wisdom of the three times. At that time, that sage released Good-Wealth's hand, and the boy Good-Wealth at once saw his own body back in its original place. At that time, that sage said to Good-Wealth: "Good son, do you remember?" Good-Wealth said: "Yes! This is the power of the noble one, my good spiritual friend."
善男子！汝憶念耶 — "Good son, do you remember?" After kalpas beyond telling spent among countless buddhas, the sage's own question is almost understated — not "did you see," but simply whether Good-Wealth remembers, as if the vision's reality were never in question, only whether its memory survived the return.

This continues chapter thirty-nine, 入法界品, in fascicle sixty-four. Part 962 turns to Bhīṣmottaranirghoṣa's own confession of limitation, describing the great bodhisattvas' attainments before admitting he cannot fully know or describe them.
