The Ocean of Every Mind, Known
Gopā closes her answer to Sudhana's question about the scope of this Dharma-gate: it knows the whole ocean of every sentient being's own mind, every root of goodness accumulated, every defilement and purity, and the sovereign samādhi of every śrāvaka, pratyekabuddha, bodhisattva, and buddha alike.
Why This Is So: The Whole Ocean of Every Mind
「此法門者，悉知一切眾生心海；知一切眾生積集善根；知一切眾生有垢、有淨；知一切眾生性；知一切聲聞三昧自在法門；知一切緣覺菩薩諸佛三昧自在法門，如是等事，悉分別知。」
"This Dharma-gate is one that fully knows the whole ocean of every sentient being's own mind; knows every sentient being's own accumulated roots of goodness; knows every sentient being's own defilement and purity; knows every sentient being's own nature; knows every śrāvaka's own Dharma-gate of sovereign samādhi; and knows every pratyekabuddha's, bodhisattva's, and buddha's own Dharma-gate of sovereign samādhi — matters such as these, I discern and know them all."
Gopā's own "why is this so" answers itself by naming the Dharma-gate's actual mechanism: it is not knowledge of external events accumulated over time, but knowledge rooted in "the whole ocean of every sentient being's own mind" — every mind, everywhere, known directly, from which every fact about karma, roots of goodness, and the sovereign samādhi of every kind of practitioner simply follows. This closes the entire knowledge-scope section that opened at Sudhana's question in Part 149, six parts and a claim to total cosmic knowledge later.
